If you require express postage it will be additional $9.99

Delivery Times

Our delivery partner is Australia Post. 

You will receive a confirmation that your order has been successfully placed and a text or email from Australia Post. Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing the Australia Post Tracking ID to track the status of your delivery.

Australia Post provides a delivery estimate (days after dispatch).

International Shipping

All our international deliveries are handled by DHL, which is a fast and reliable way to send your parcel to you overseas. Delivery charges are based on which zone you live in and will be charged according to DHL delivery charges for that zone.

Faulty item

On a rare occasion that the merchandise is faulty it can be returned, within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received subject to the following conditions:

Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.

The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact. For swimwear, all hygiene stickers must be intact and have not been removed.

Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be reflected in the refunded price.

Exceptions to our returns policy

Our returns policy does not apply to the following merchandise:

Sunglasses and Earrings;

Due to hygiene reasons sunglasses and earrings are unable to be returned for change of mind.

Swimwear

Swimwear must be tried on wearing full briefs and returns will only be accepted in instances where the hygiene stickers and all tags are intact. All swimwear will be assessed prior to any returns being processed.

How to return 

To return via post, please address your returns to: Hippie Beach, 5 West Coolum road Mount Coolum , QLD 4573

Clearly print your name and address on a note accompanying the returned item, so we know who to prosses the claim and/or refunds to. 

We recommend keeping proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

All refunds will be via the original payment method that you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
